A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a top Legal 200 firm in Grimsby to join as an experienced Residential Conveyancer.
My client, a multi-site East of England law firm with an outstanding reputation in the local market, seeks to grow their property team within their Grimsby office by recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who has at least 3 years’ PQE.
The firm has longstanding relationships with national and local house builders. This role will focus on new build and sales work so requires candidates with a strong background in dealing with these sorts of clients, setting up new sites and developmental work.
You can expect a professional, quality driven environment that offers scope for professional advancement.
In order to be considered, you will have at least 3 years' PQE, have strong technical skills, and outstanding client relationship skills. Those who enjoy business development are particularly attractive to the firm.
