Leading law firm with a national and international client base is seeking to expand their Corporate Finance team.

This Tier 1 rated team acts for an enviable portfolio of clients and undertakes work of a very high calibre with a particular expertise includes M&A (both public and private), private equity and venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

Ideally, as a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, you will have excellent academics coupled with training at a highly regarded regional or City firm.

This is a large multi-site team with highly recognised individuals and can offer an opportunity to grow and develop alongside established leaders.
