Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
ASAP start - 3 months (+) on-going – Cornwall – £40-45 per hour
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice in Cornwall on a locum basis to assist whilst they recruit permanently.
As a Commercial Property Locum you will be dealing with a full spectrum of property files including sales and purchases, drafting leases and lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters and development work.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision and will be available to start a new assignment at short notice. Our client is offering a friendly working environment with easily accessible offices and parking on site.
We would be interested in hearing from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Fee Earners with the requisite experience and potential availability to commence a new role within the next couple of weeks.
