Job Details

Are you a solicitor practicing within dispute resolution and commercial litigation at present and considering a new role in the Edinburgh area?

If so, then please do read on.

QED Legal's client, a leading boutique practice that has expanded significantly over the last few years and carved out a real niche for themselves within the Edinburgh market has a requirement for a dispute resolution solicitor due to increased demand on the department.

Whilst a minimum of two years PQE is a requirement, candidates at the more senior end of the market are of particular interest with continued growth in mind.

Whilst you will be prepared to take on a caseload of debt recovery; employment law; partnership disputes; property disputes; professional negligence and potentially construction litigation you will have a keen interest in one particular area and be prepared to help the department work towards recognition in this arena.

This is a role that can offer an exceptional client facing role whilst not having to sacrifice work/life balance to do so.

Roles of this type are not usually readily available, particularly in the Edinburgh area, so should you have an interest please do contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided.

All calls will be treated as strictly confidential and there is of course no obligation to proceed to application.

I look forward to hearing from you.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
