Job Details
Family Solicitor - A Salisbury law firm requires a family solicitor with at least 4 years experience in handling high net worth privately funded family matters. The successful family solicitor will report to the head of the family department yet will have autonomy over their own case load of family files. The family team cover a wide range of family matters to include all privately funded work involving cohabitation agreements, pre nuptial and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements, divorce, financial settlements, civil partnerships and children matters. Essentially, the successful family solicitor will have consistently managed a full privately funded family case load.
