Employment Associate / Partner

This highly commercial Northern firm with a strong base in Leeds are looking to recruit a strong Employment Lawyer who is capable of picking up and working with existing clients within the health sector, whilst working alongside colleagues within the team whose focus is more on commercial clients. They are looking for someone who can help, with the support of both locally and elsewhere, to drive this work forward over the mid to longer term

This would suit someone either at Partner level who is looking for a greater degree of autonomy and independence than they already have, or you may be someone approaching partner level who is looking for clarity of career opportunity. It may well be that you are within a strongly positioned team but one where there are already a strong base of partners and perhaps not the ability to easily create the business case for an additional partner.

Whilst leading the team in Leeds from a Health you would have the support, both technically and from a business development perspective, from a range of colleagues both locally and across other offices.

The firm have a strong reputation for health work and are already on the major panels to do this work, what they need is someone with the experience and credibility to unlock this work locally.
