Our client is a well respected regional firm, with offices across Lancashire and Manchester, whose growth has been very much strategic and impressive over the last few years. 
 
Due to further growth, the commercial property team has an opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join them at their Burnley office. The ideal candidate will be upward of 3 years' PQE but this is not prescriptive.

If you have commercial property experience, particularly in the development sector outside of this bracket, the firm would be keen to consider your application.

In addition to development work, the team also deal with joint ventures, plot sales, regeneration work, and have a portfolio of high net worth and notable repeat business clients.
 
If you are a solicitor of 3 years' PQE + that is looking for a progression opportunity within a strong firm based in Burnley, or you have been working as a senior solicitor/associate and would prefer a slower pace and a better work-life balance whilst still dealing with ‘city quality’ work, this opportunity would suit you.
