Commercial Litigation/Civil Fraud Solicitor

A firm widely recognised for their leading expertise in Criminal & Civil Fraud, Business Crime and Litigation are looking for experts in Civil Fraud/Commercial Litigation. You will be Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE ideally with some Civil Fraud experience and a solid background at a London firm.

The Role

The firm are hiring a strong Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE to join their expert Litigation practice.

The team handle notable large scale multi-jurisdictional corporate disputes, with many cases involving allegations of fraud.

You will have exposure to disputes and litigation cases in a range of different sectors. The team have expertise in relation to banking and other financial service litigation and will often work on claims against banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions or FTSE250 companies where other law firms might be conflicted.

The Requirements

• 1-4 years Commercial Litigation Solicitor
• Ideally experience in Civil Fraud
• Hardworking and collaborative in their approach
• Confident and able to manage a demanding workload
• Technically minded with a solid understanding of Commercial Litigation and Criminal Law
