Our client is a well-known regional firm with an excellent reputation for its service. This role in South Yorkshire is to join a niche team and handle work surrounding the niche area of property management.
Joining this forward-thinking, innovative team is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work as a Civil Litigation Solicitor handling matters that are a little bit different.
The team handles a range of matters within this niche sector, including arrears recovery, service charge disputes, right to manage, enfranchisement, First Tier Tribunal, lease variation, leasehold disputes and much more.
Ideally the team is looking for a Solicitor with previous experience handling the legal work surrounding property management, however there is also scope for a more generalist Litigation Solicitor to re-train into the niche area. There is also further opportunity to expand your skillset as the role will also involve taking a lead within a small team and managing workflows for more junior members of staff.
