Role: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: NQ - 4 years
Location: Greater London
Salary: Negotiable - Dependent Upon Experience
We are currently working on behalf of our client, who are based in the Greater London area, and are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate must be confident dealing with a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including but not limited to:
Sales and purchases Remortgages Equity Transfer Raising Enquiries Lease extension Land registry application - Voluntary Registrations, Title upgrades Part exchange
