In-House Construction Solicitor

Fantastic new Leeds based In-House opportunity for a Construction Solicitor.

Applications are invited from UK qualified Construction Solicitors who have predominantly non-contentious experience. Ideally you will be Mid-Level PQE and above, and be comfortable with managing senior internal stakeholder relationships, in addition to providing sound Legal advice.

It is expected that on a day to day basis the successful candidate will manage all Legal work pertaining to the businesses activities. Working closely with the MD, this will predominantly be Construction related, including reviewing tenders, negotiation of contract terms, warranties, sub contracts, and advice on litigation matters. In addition, you will advise strategically on Commercial decisions, and develop the growth of the Legal team.

This is a fantastic Leeds based in-house opportunity for a Solicitor who is seeking a Construction focussed role, with autonomy to develop their ideas and make a real difference to a growing UK Construction business.
