Clinical Negligence Defendant Solicitor - NQ -3 years PQE - London

Due to sustained and continued growth this legal 500 and chambers listed firm is actively recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its renowned Clinical Negligence Team and have conduct of a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence matters.

The ideal candidate will have between NQ-3 years PQE in dealing with a caseload of clinical negligence matters including pre-litigation and litigation covering surgical, obstetric, orthopaedic and psychiatric matters. Applications are welcome from those that have both claimant and defendant backgrounds In return, the firm actively encourages team members to develop in their chosen career through providing early responsibility, supervision and training ensuring great progression prospects.
