The Role
Due to continued growth, this leading firm are looking for a Construction Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Manchester.
The Construction Team work closed with the firm's Real Estate team in all areas of development law, including site assembly, development agreements, forward commitments and funding arrangements, and complex joint venture work.
The role will involve handling a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work.
Requirements:
- A Construction Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Fantastic organisation skills
