Job description: We are recruiting for a Immigration Fee Earner to join our client; a well regarded Legal firm in South Yorkshire for a 12 month period to cover a maternity leave.

The successful candidate will be:

• Managing a caseload consisting primarily of immigration work, including asylum, immigration and nationality cases
• Attending court with counsel, including High Court
• Undertaking appeal casework before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the FTT and UT
• Assessing clients for public funding/legal representation
• Liaising with the Legal Aid agency

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour (Rates are inclusive of holiday pay)

The ideal candidate will have an excellent knowledge of Immigration Law, including business immigration and must also have previous experience of conducting their own caseload. Applications will be considered by Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or candidates Qualified by Experience.
