Job Details
THE FIRM
Our client is a multi award winning Law firm with offices located in London and Scotland.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be involved in advising individuals and businesses on private equity funds and private equity transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
With at least 3 pqe+ you will also have experience of advising clients who have overseas family members and offshore assets that need to be specifically considered when undertaking any planning. Ideally you will also have experience of acting for banks, investment and asset managers and trust and fiduciary businesses.
You will have excellent academics and prior experience in Private Equity from regional or London firm. Please do apply, my client will consider applications at all levels. My client are offering excellent salary with good career progression.
