This high calibre large Legal 100 firm are recruiting into their small Corporate team in Exeter. 

Ideal opportunity to join this large firm, yet in a small department and become #2 in the team! 

This vacancy will suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor, or those with up to 5 years' company Commercial/Corporate experience.

This role will be broad, and you will advise on interesting Corporate and Commercial work including contracts, agreements, academy conversions, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. 

Your client base will be wide and include both public and private sector organisations with cross over in the healthcare sector.

Newly Qualified Solicitors, who have completed a corporate seat are encouraged to apply, as are those with up to 5 years' PQE within Corporate, Commercial and/or Company law. 

Your further training and development will be second to none!

You will work closely with a well-respected partner and be encouraged to flourish within this supportive team environment. 

Based in a central Exeter office suite you will enjoy working at this high-flying firm advising on very high-quality work.  

This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic, confident individual, interested in meeting clients regularly face to face. You will often be invited to client social events and will be happy to build strong business relationships. Further training on this will be provided if required. 

Excellent salary of £42,500 for Newly Qualified Solicitors. More for those with experience.
