Senior Employment Solicitor
A highly-renowned Leicestershire firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its team and handle a range of matters on behalf of the firm's established client base. Due to succession planning, there is also the potential for this role to progress into a Head of Department or Partnership position.
Our Legal-500 client is well-respected in the Leicestershire region and has built up a strong and loyal client base over the years. The successful Senior Employment Solicitor will be maintaining this high level of client focus, advising the established clients on all aspects of the process, including both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of both claimants and respondents, although there will be a bias towards respondent matters.
Alongside this diverse caseload, this role also offers clear progression opportunities for the right individual. Brought about by succession planning, it really is a role not to be missed by anyone looking to build a long term career with the firm.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with 5+ years' PQE who is well-versed in all aspects of Employment and can service the firm's loyal clients. PQE is given purely as a guideline, so if you are perhaps slightly less experienced, you are still encouraged to apply.
