Job Details

An Opportunity has arisen for a committed and enthusiastic individual who wishes to assist with leading and managing the Public and Regulatory Team of the Legal Services Section.
You will have your own mixed caseload including matters relating to Inquests (including the Manchester Arena Inquests), ICO Appeals, Public Inquiries, HSE investigations and prosecutions. You will also advise on Data Protection legislation (to include GDPR and the Law Enforcement Directive). You will be responsible for providing advice and representation, carrying out investigations and research, dealing with third party stakeholders demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively, deal with confidential and sensitive information and manage a personal caseload effectively and proactively.
