They have a brand-new office based in the heart of the West End, with their head office being in a very affluent part of Surrey. This new office currently has a team of 10 and is set to grow further over the next 12 months.

You will find that this firm has an industry reputation for developing and nurturing talent. The firm deal with a broad range of clients ranging from HNW, Entrepreneurs, FTSE 250 companies and international individuals.

Key Points - Property Litigation Solicitor (1 - 4 years PQE)

• The department is highly experienced with a couple of heavyweight Lawyers, and a lucrative international client base in the UHNW sphere.
• It is important to highlight that the firm may also look at a very strong NQ.
• You will deal with a high-quality and varied caseload; this variety will make for a more interesting role. You will work across a wide-ranging client base covering many different industry sectors, a couple of their recent cases have attracted National press attention.
• You will deal with both claimant and defendant work covering both residential and commercial property. The caseload will be broad, but will include; Lease renewals, notices and rent reviews, service charge and dilapidation disputes, boundary and covenant disputes, planning issues and judicial review, and the arbitration or adjudication of construction disputes.
• This role would be based in their Surrey office, Weybridge.
• Salary would be comparable to that of their London City counterparts.
