The Role

The Top City practice is looking for a Corporate Commercial Partner to join their City of London office.

The Corporate Commercial Department specialise in advising entrepreneurs, UHNW individuals and Families and Start Ups. This department often act on transactions up to £50million and have been mentioned in the Legal 500. This Position will suit an individual looking to progress within a City Practice who can undertake a caseload which consists of Corporate Transaction, VC & PE investments, M & A, Joint Ventures as well as a wide range of commercial arrangements specifically focused around Tech/IT, Real Estate, Franchising, IP and DA.

This is an excellent opportunity to add to this building department within an ambitious practice.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Partner/Associate with at least 7+ PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will be based out of the City of London office
• Good Track Record of Marketing your own Practice
• You should have good technical knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client bases is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience and Practice.
