A market leading Commercial law firm based in the heart of Liverpool has a unique and rare opening within their industry renowned Construction department.
 
The Construction team has an excellent reputation in the market (locally and nationally), and boast one of the largest Legal 500 dedicated Construction teams within the North West.
 
The team continues to develop and progress, and are now keen to add an experienced Construction Solicitor to the Construction department with the hire of a specialist Construction Solicitor with circa 2-5 years' PQE.
 
The team deals predominantly with non-contentious construction issues, the next phase of their expansion requires an enthusiastic Construction Solicitor to come on board and work alongside the senior team members and the Head of Department.

It is expected that the majority of your experience will have been gained in the non-contentious arena however, they do also manage contentious matters and experience in this sphere is also valuable. 
 
You will ideally have gained in excess of 2 years' post qualified experience in a similarly renowned Construction department, gaining excellent experience in assisting on complex matters.
