Employment and Dispute Resolution Solicitor needed for long established firm in Surrey. If you handle DR and want to gain more Employment experience, or vice versa, this could be a great opportunity for you. Salary would be up to £65,000 depending on experience.

The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment/Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join an established department with a clear strategy to grow this offering.

Your legal experience in Employment would include but not be limited to; Redundancy, Unfair Dismissal, Breach of contract, Settlement Agreements, Harassment because of sex or race, Discrimination, Bullying at work, Equal pay, Tribunal claims, TUPE regulations, Contracts and Staff Handbooks.

This firm has an excellent staff retention rate, values all employees' opinions, and genuinely operates with a collegiate and welcoming culture.

This role will provide you with an excellent platform for progression.

The Requirements:

  • You will be a Solicitor at 2+ years PQE.
  • You will have mostly practiced Employment but would also have had exposure to dispute resolution matters.
  • You will be confident managing your own caseload and meeting with clients
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Strong IT skills
  • Salary would be largely dependent on experience
