The Role

The practice is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor. This role would have immediate Directorship prospects for an individual with the right entrepreneurial mindset.

This role will immediately allow the individual to take on a diverse and interesting Commercial/ Residential Property caseload. You will be responsible from day one for handling HNW work with some of the practice's closest relationships, allowing you the opportunity to establish yourself as a key player in the legal landscape.

This will be a very exciting position where the successful individual will not only have exceptional work fed to them but also be given the freedom to explore the horizon and create their own relationships. This would be firmly supported by the Managing Director, and as such you would receive market leading training.

Although not essential a network of portable clients would be preferable.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor, preferably over 4+ years PQE.
• First class communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A keen ability in business development is preferable
• There is an excellent opportunity for progression
• Highly competitive salary negotiable depending on experience
