Job Details
A specialist property firm based just outside the City of London has an opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join them.
The firm has grown over the past few years due to the quality work they have obtained, and continue to do so. As property specialists, they cover many areas from conveyancing through to real estate development and property litigation.
There is now an opportunity for you as a Property Litigation Solicitor to join this firm's head office, based very close to the City. You will be asked to handle a busy caseload covering: landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, real-estate and development disputes, possession actions and rent reviews (amongst other matters). Supervision of a Trainee Solicitor will also be required.
To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 1-5 years' PQE
- Experienced handling your own Property Litigation caseload without supervision
- Excellent client care skills
- Strong team player, ideally with prior supervision experience
