The perfect role has arisen for a Head of Residential Property who is looking to move away from fee earning all together.
 
A unique and rare opportunity has arisen in Kidderminster for a residential conveyancer to move into a purely management role, overseeing a large team whilst designing and implementing a clear strategy to develop the work of the department. For this Head of Residential Property role, you must possess collaborative leadership and strong management capability!
 
The firm is a Legal 500 listed law firm which has a conveyancing department spanning across several offices. The aim is to bring on board a Head of Residential Property in more of a non-fee-earning capacity to streamline the department.  
 
To be considered for this Kidderminster-based Head of Residential Property role, you must have a background in practicing property law in a regional or city practice, a track record of managing a large and high performing team, and past experience of delivering in a leadership role. You will also be reuquired to have the ability to analyse financial data and work towards delivering the team’s performance and profitability against Company agreed KPIs. Another key part of this role will be your adaptive communication skills to be able to influence, motivate, and lead a team to deliver high performance.
 
This is an extremely rare opportunity and would only suit somebody with prior knowledge and expertise of the conveyancing landscape and who is ambitious with a desire to succeed. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package – they do require travel to all offices.
