You will handle a caseload of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, shared ownership, plot sales and many more!

The Firm

This is a long-established firm, and one of the largest in the South East has expanded in recent years to five offices. The firm has excellent staff retention rates and currently employ 125 staff across their offices. The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor (1 Years+ PQE) into their Orpington, Kent office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling the property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least 1 years+ PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Have a strong billings history
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, plus a bonus structure of up to 20% of all billings.
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
