Fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a Legal 500 recognised Private Client team based in the heart of Cheshire. You will join a friendly, down-to-earth and most importantly long-established Cheshire firm.  Work will include Wills, LPA’s, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and Estate Planning Matters. You be handling a high calibre of work, working with some agricultural clients. Ideally you will be STEP qualified, or undertaking STEP qualification. You must have the experience to handle your own caseload with minimal supervision. Part time working arrangements can be considered, working three or four days a week.

  The ideal candidate

• Private Client Solicitor
• 6 years’ experience +
• STEP qualified, or possibly working towards STEP
• Experience in the full remit of Private Client work including Wills, LPA’s, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and Estate Planning Matters.
• Must be able to run your own caseload with minimal supervision.
