This is an exceptional opportunity to join an exciting new start law firm up in a once in a lifetime opportunity; OTE expected to be £100-150k+ a year. You only need to have 1 or 2 years' experience in sales, in a B2B environment. The firm will teach you everything else and train you up. Business is in this firm's DNA - this firm has been set up by two of the most respected and heavy hitting Property Lawyers in the London market. These Partners have tripled the size of the firm over the last few months and have plans to grow to a headcount of 100 in five years. This is a golden opportunity to join a firm with huge ambitions, that is already making waves in the Property market. They are looking for a junior sales person or business developer with big ambition and energy.

The Firm

This firm launched only 6 months ago and in this time, they have turned over in excess of £200k, and this is without them even having fully had chance to market the practice, this is in part due to the incredibly strong network that the Partners have. They have tripled their head count and have relationships with the largest mortgage brokers across the City and get referred a vast amount of work from London's most prestigious estate agents.

You will find a real buzz and positive ethos running through the practice. They are innovative and have one particular idea which they believe will be a game changer in the market and place them heads and shoulders above the competition.

You will find they are creative, forward-thinking and have a family feel throughout the office, which even encompasses an office dog!

The Role

Because this exciting firm are growing, they are looking for a Conveyancing Business Development Executive to join their thriving London office.

You will have an exceptional opportunity with an astoundingly ambitious firm. Your role will be to visit estate agents in London and sell the services of the firm. As the firm grows, and in time, you will then start to visit estate agents across the country, but this will likely start after the first year with the firm.

The firm will train you up, and have exceptional knowledge in both sales and Conveyancing.

The firm will cover ALL travel expenses.

The bonus structure for this role has yet to be finalised, but looks set to be incredible, along the lines of you will receive a good bonus for every Conveyancing case that you bring in.

Because of the firm's credentials, expertise, and current place in the market, it is highly likely your OTE will be more than £150k a year, including commission.

Furthermore, you will have extremely good career progression prospects, including a path to being a BD Manager in the firm.

Requirements

  • You will have more than 1 years' experience in a B2B sales role
  • You will be ambitious and dynamic

  • OTE expected to be more than 150k+, including commission
