Job Details
Our client, a well respected Legal 500 practice situated in Central Manchester, is looking to appoint an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join their burgeoning team.
You will work from the firm's Manchester based office within a skilled and highly experienced team which consists of solicitors, HR, and paralegal support.
We are looking for a Construction Solicitor with NQ-4 years' PQE. You will have practiced within a recognised construction team at a leading national or strong regional law firm. Please note that our client will also consider NQ candidates who have taken a seat in construction prior to qualifying.
You will have a proven track record in construction work, including standard form contracts, consultant appointments, bonds guarantees and related interfaces, forwarded purchases, forward funding, agreements for lease, and development finance.
With a high level of commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills, you will have also supported real estate, banking, and corporate teams.
