A unique opportunity has arisen for a newly qualified lawyer to retrain into regulatory financial services. All applications will be considered, but experience in some financial context is desirable - be it banking, financial litigation, or restructuring and insolvency. The ideal applicant will also have consistently performed academically and have a proven record of tackling high quality work in their respective field. While the role is labelled as an NQ position, all junior to mid-level solicitors should enquire if they believe this role may be right for them.

The role is demanding and the standards high, but gives the successful candidate the best platform for a lengthy career and the necessary repertoire of work to delve into multiple areas of law. The firm and team have worked with some of the largest national and international brands, offering exposure to the highest quality of regulatory work. The team is extremely supportive, and the partners understand that the successful applicant may not directly come from a regulatory background - meaning development is a fundamental aspect of the role.

Based in Leeds city-centre, a short walk from the train station, the team and wider firm are enjoying continual growth and are widely viewed as entrepreneurial in their approach to practice.

Salary is dependent on experience.

As always, feel free to get in touch for a confidential discussion and for further information. To learn more about this opportunity please send your CV to Scott Vandepeear (specifying full details of your current remuneration package) or call him on 0113 200 3717 to discuss the role.
