This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to oversee a reputable department based in Horsham, West Sussex.

In this role you will be managing a reputable department consisting of several fee-earners. You will be capitalising on a plethora of work coming into the firm whilst utilising the fantastic platform the firm can offer you in servicing a client base of your own. You will be managing fee-earners who specialise in both individual dispute resolution, and commercial litigation giving the right candidate broad caseload exposure. Examples would include Contentious Probate, Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

You will be joining a highly experienced dispute resolution team, consisting of highly capable partners, executive partners, solicitors and consultants.

Requirements

• You will be a highly experienced and capable Litigator, ideally 10+ years PQE
• You will ideally have a portable client base of your own
• You will have previous experience in dealing with high-net worth caseloads, and share experience in fee-earner management/business strategy
• You will receive an above market rate salary (dependant on experience)
