Due to strategic growth plans and continued success at this well regarded and highly ranked commercial law firm based in Manchester, they are seeking to bolster their real estate team with a Commercial Property Solicitor with NQ-5 years' PQE. 
 
The department consists of specialist, dedicated Commercial Property Solicitors who boast a number of well-known and long-standing clients. They deal with the full range of commercial property related matters with particular emphasis on sales and purchases of commercial property across a wide range of sectors.
 
The role will involve you conducting your own workload as a fee earner on a wide range of development matters, these will include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, and secured lending matters. You will be working as part of a collaborative and team-orientated environment. 
 
This is an excellent opportunity for you to work closely with the firm's key clients and maintain and develop strong relationships with them. You will also be involved with business development and marketing activities, including meeting existing and potential clients and participating in press releases and regular blogs. This will be your chance to build up your profile within the firm particularly amongst those key clients. 
 
To be considered for this Manchester-based real estate opportunity, you will need to have a strong academic profile and have had good training within a reputable commercial property team.
