Agricultural Property Solicitor - Spalding

Lawyers with 2 years PQE upwards with experience of dealing with property matters in the agricultural sector are encouraged to get in touch for further details of a role which has come up within one of the strongest agricultural property departments in the UK.

The successful candidate will be joining a firm which has a superb reputation in dealing with top quality agricultural property work. You will be joining a team which works on matters such as sale and purchase of farms, farmland and other agricultural property, tenancy agreements, diversification projects, development of land , rights of way, renewable energy projects and lease issues surrounding agricultural land and property. They are able to attract a steady stream of excellent quality work from large farm owners and landed estates and are regarded as one of the go to firm for this type of work around Lincolnshire, with a reputation which spreads nationally.
