A leading international insurance law firm in Manchester are seeking an experienced Insurance Fraud Solicitor to join their well regarded casualty team.
Your role will be to defend a range of fraudulent insurance litigation matters, predominantly casualty (employers liability, public liability), travel sickness, and cavity wall insulation. You will form part of a supportive, friendly, and successful team where you'll be working on behalf of a variety of clients including large insurers, EL/PL and motor insurers, and corporates.
You must be a qualified Insurance Fraud Solicitor/EL/PL Solicitor, (2+ years' PQE) likely coming from a defendant background. You'll have strong litigation experienced and a proven track record in managing your own caseload of fraud matters. Exposure to assisting on higher value and multi-track matters would be a distinct advantage.
