Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

A forward thinking, Legal 500 Law firm based in Gerrards Cross are looking to recruit a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their established team.

The Firm

The firm is a full-service firm that delivers robust and tailored legal solutions for both commercial and private clients. The firm has a solid track record and highly ranked in the Legal 500 in a variety of specialisms including commercial litigation, employment as well as commercial and corporate.

The firm deals with a mixture of corporate and commercial matters, fulfilling the full range of clients needs. The team has a very varied case load, solving issues with commercial contracts all the way to transactional corporate matters.

The Role

The firm is now seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join their busy office in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire.

The successful applicant will have a strong academic background, hardworking, have excellent technical ability and have plenty of initiative.

The team is cohesive and friendly, but you will be given a level of autonomy to run your own matters, you will be provided with guidance and support from a team of highly experienced solicitors in the team.

Requirements

• Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, NQ - 3 years PQE
• Bright and hard-working with plenty of initiative
• Be able to manage a varied case load
• Be ambitious, dynamic and be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
