The firm's highly successful Conveyancing practice is one of the largest outside of London and is highly regarded for its Conveyancing expertise, in particular Collections and Recoveries- an extremely lucrative area of law.

The team are looking for a talented and ambitious Conveyancing Paralegal. You will manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold properties being sold by: mortgagees, LPA receivers, or trustees in bankruptcy in possession, as well as conduct title checks and issue reports and progress the matter from initial instruction, respond to enquiries, exchange contracts and complete the sale.
