Due to the firms positive attitude towards expansion, they are now recruiting a Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Manchester City Centre.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will advise a range of large companies in a variety of industry sectors on a broad mix of Corporate matters which include but is not limited to; contracts, transactions etc. for a range of clients who vary in size and come from a variety of sectors.
It is desirable for the successful candidate to have had 2 years PQE or more, but not essential. The firm are seeking a motivated individual who is organised and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment. The candidate will be expected to be a strong communicator and have a strong interest in progressing their career as a Corporate Solicitor.
