Job Details
Working out of commercial offices in the heart of Chester, this is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the region's leading Personal Injury practices as part of their dedicated Personal Injury department.
The existing team deals with an array of RTA & EL/PL claims on behalf of their insurer clients, and you will be coming into a vibrant office environment where you'll take full responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA claims. It is expected that you'll have a strong background in litigation and have seen a claim through its full cycle.
You'll be an NQ Solicitor + (all PQE levels considered) or a very experienced RTA Litigator. You'll be rewarded with a competitive market leading salary in line with your previous experience, alongside a bonus scheme and a full benefits package.
The team offers full support from legal assistants and administrators for each fee earner to ensure that each claim is handled to the highest standard. They operate out of lovely commercial offices, offering on-site parking and a friendly working environment.
