Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Solicitor to join a leading regional firm in their Preston office.
The firm has been through a recent exciting period of growth and have a number of successful offices across the North West. They also have a dedicated team and this successful Risk & Compliance solicitor will be working with the head of the team on both day to day matters and the strategic growth and structure of the department.
The day to day role will include dealing with compliance issues, handling and advising on complaints and claims, issues around conflicts of interest and professional conduct, anti-money laundering enquiries, internal quality standards and audit processes including areas for practice improvement.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance solicitor who is looking for role that offers progression, the opportunity to in time take a lead role within the department and a great in house type role where you can be involved in the wider business internally.
The ideal candidate will be confident dealing with matters which will arise and enjoy client contact. The firm are also ideally looking for someone with experience in this area however they will also consider candidates who would like to move into this area and can demonstrate transferable skills.
