A top tier full service national law have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer keen to develop their career as part of a national team with this particular role based out of the Southampton office.

As an experienced conveyancer you will of course be fully competent with the entire conveyancing process. Expectations of the role are to deal efficiently with purchase of plot transactions, sales of part and more complex matters such as the purchase of freeholds, drafting of easements, drafting of Statutory Declarations or Declarations of Trust subject to supervision where reasonably prudent and required. As part of an established team you will be comfortable in working with minimum supervision though excellent support is provided for more complex matters and as an experienced conveyancer yourself you will be happy to provide support to more junior colleagues too. A sound understanding of the more technical matters will be viewed as highly advantageous as you may also be relied upon to deputise for the Team Manager in their absence on occasions.
