Job Details
My client, a multi-site local law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Coalville based team.
Although you will be based in Coalville, you will be part of the wider property team. The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for handling their own caseload of sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, private client remortgage work, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents, and delivering a first-class customer service.
This is a traditional law firm and not a volume environment. You will be expected to nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business.
To be considered, you will have at least 3 years' experience carrying your own caseload independently.
