Role: Assistant solicitor/Legal Executive – Family Law

Location: North East

We are currently recruiting for an assistant solicitor/legal executive to work within family law  on behalf of a firm in County Durham .

The ideal candidate must be a member of the Law Society’s Family Law or Children Law accreditation Scheme or Resolution Accredited Specialist.   You will have experience of dealing with a varied Family Law caseload including Divorce, Ancillary relief , Pre-nuptial agreements, Co-habitation agreements and Civil Partnership dissolutions.  Knowledge of acre proceedings work and advocacy would be helpful.  Experience of using a case management system is also desirable, but not a necessity.

The successful candidate will be required to :

Work as a member of a team of solicitors Handle a caseload appropriate to legal skills Have relevant specialist experience in family work Be prepared to network to strengthen and retain a client base  

Previous Family law experience is essential .

This is a full time role but part time will be considered
