Job Details
Our client is a highly-regarded Chambers listed commercial law firm based in Reading.
They are seeking a Senior Commercial Associate Solicitor with 5-10 years' PQE to join their ever expanding team of specialist commercial solicitors.
The team provides advice on all business-related issues and all areas of commercial law. They also negotiate and draft agreements for clients across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, public sector, technology, media, healthcare, hospitality, and many more.
You will be required to undertake non-contentious casework on the full range of commercial matters.
These include:
- Commercial Contracts
- Sales and Distribution Agreements
- Distribution Agreements
- Master Goods/Services Agreements
- Standard Terms and Conditions
- Franchising and Commercial Agency
- Joint Ventures
