Your new firm specialises in volume legal outsource solutions to the banking, insurance and corporate sectors. They are a fast paced and growing business who pride themselves on providing best in class legal advice. The property service department handle volume conveyancing, re-mortgaging and separate representation services for several major lenders; they currently have a rare opportunity for an Operations Manager to support their Senior Management team.
Your new role
You will be expected to prepare and deliver operational MI to the departmental head and institutional clients and review department performance on a daily basis. You will also ensure new starters are effectively inducted into the department and oversee all training sessions, feedback sessions and team leader meetings.
What you will need to succeed
You will be a forward thinking, self-motivated individual whose attitude and approach to work is as important as previous experience. You will have experience of managing a team, ideally in a similar conveyancing or re-mortgaging environment, and a high level of administrative and IT skills are essential. You will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage.
