I am working with a Top 200 Yorkshire firm who are looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor at Partner level to join their team working out of the Leeds office.
You will be joining a very successful team with a strong presence both throughout the North and nationally too.
This role has come about due to expansion although the right candidate should also have strong contacts and an existing book of work and a solid business plan.
The wider Corporate team is led by 7 Partners across 3 offices dealing with an impressive client base of PLC's, Private Equity businesses, HNW individuals to smaller start ups and SME's. It is a broad mix with an interesting blend of Corporate work to match.
Deeply rooted in Yorkshire the firm is big enough to carry serious clout in the marketplace whilst also being smaller than national or international competitors where red tape and bureaucracy can slow down processes.
The role would equally suit an established Partner looking for a new challenge or a junior Partner or someone close to that level who feels restrained where they are currently working and wants to work with a proactive team where they can really put their own stamp on things and help nurture and grow the team.
Their will be close contact and collaboration across other commercial teams within the business.
The right candidate must be extremely comfortable with getting out there and doing business development, pitches, winning work or being visible in the marketplace.
The package is competitive based on candidate experience, contacts following etc, and the firm will be very open on remuneration for the right candidate.
