An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a progressive, multi-office law firm on a 6 month contract, working 3 days per week.

The Firm:

My client is a leading, legal 500 top-tier law firm with offices in Hertfordshire and London, which offers flexibility and convenience to its clients. The firm is multi-award winning, being ranked as a leading firm by Chambers UK 2019 and Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2018.

The Position:

My client is looking for a professional, motivated and enthusiastic lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave.

You will be experienced in managing your own caseload under appropriate supervision of a number of areas of commercial and property litigation, to include:

• Contract claims
• Shareholder and director disputes
• Professional negligence
• Insolvency
• Landlord and tenant
• Property disputes

Requirements:

• 3-5 years pqe, however all levels of experience will be considered
• Be committed to a 6 month contract, working 3 days per week
• Familiarity with different forms of ADR
• Willing to conduct own advocacy where appropriate
• Enjoy business development and marketing of the team
• Able to provide first class customer service
