One of Manchester's heavy-weight law firms are looking to grow their renowned real estate department. The firm have a number of offices throughout the UK including having a significant presence overseas.

They are looking for an experienced real estate solicitor to join their ranks and you will be joining a diverse, progressive and highly accomplished department, providing you with a challenging and fulfilling role within one of the leading law firms in the UK.

You will be acting on behalf of large corporations and institutional private real estate investors with their general asset management work providing a diverse range of matters from acquisitions and disposals, lease advisory and some real estate finance work alongside gaining exposure to advising on both residential and commercial developments.

As a senior solicitor within the department you will be reporting directly to the partners. There will be an inherited workload alongside ample scope for you to grow and develop your own client relations. This is an exciting opportunity for any ambitious real estate solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.

Applications from accomplished and experienced real estate solicitors are welcomed. The firm are ideally looking for a solicitor with 3 - 5 year PQE, however they are open to real estate solicitors from all levels of qualification.
