EL/PL Solicitor / Legal Executive - 7+ years PQE
Top 50 Firm - Central London
Top 50 International Law Firm are seeking a EL/PL Injury Solicitor/Executive for their London City office.
This defendant team are highly regarded and are ranked in the top tier for Defendant Clinical Negligence in both the Legal 500 and Chambers.
The Healthcare team advises the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners on EL/PL and clinical negligence claims as well as medical insurance coverage, health law advice, and regulatory matters and represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews.
The role will include managing a broad range of EL and PL claims including cerebral palsy, paediatrics and spinal injuries
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years solid experience in managing defendant EL/PL matters and ideally NHS Resolution experience.
