Commercial Property Lawyer

We are working with a highly regarded City Centre Law firm with over a 150 years history. This growing firm is seeking an established and experienced commercial real estate solicitor with ideally 8+ years PQE.

The successful applicant will have experience in transactional work (acquisitions and disposals of commercial property) as well as experience of business leases and lease renewals. Ideally, you will also have experience of property development work. You will need good team working skills in order to collaborate effectively with their commercial, litigation and residential teams. It will be essential that you have a commercial client-centred approach to your work, as well as possessing excellent technical skills. The role will involve business development and strong communication and organisational skills are also necessary.

You will be based at one of the offices which is in the heart of Cambridge. This is a full service law firm; who have gone from strength to strength over recent years, incorporating two legal businesses into their existing firm. This is a senior hire for the firm where you will work closely with the Partner in developing both the department and the team of solicitors within the department and the salary will be in line with experience.
