This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fast Track RTA Handler to join an expanding specialist team.

Advising on a wide range of road traffic accident cases predominantly motorcycle claims, the successful Fast Track RTA Handler will manage a vast and complex caseload.

Responsibilities
  • Public liability claims
  • Negotiating settlements
  • Assessing liability
  • Evaluating quantum
  • Obtaining medical records
  • Acting against claimants
  • Dealing with complex motor insurance claims
The Candidate
  • This position is suited to a solicitor, legal executive or paralegal
  • Knowledge of the MOJ Portal would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent time management and communication skills are essential
  • Practical and proactive approach to solving problems
